The hotel's restaurant easily rivals any other restaurant in Venice!
Navigating to the hotel with our luggage was a nightmare. High water levels prevented us from using a water taxi, forcing us to drag our bags through cobblestones and narrow alleys. After the tiring trip, I was disappointed that my initial expectations for a cozy stay didn't meet the reality.

Perfectly situated for families
We booked a room with a view of the canal and just loved how we could see the boats drift by. The staff surprised us with a heartfelt gesture for my birthday, a bottle of wine waiting in our room on ice, made it feel special.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but worth every euro spent.

the location could've been lovely if only the air conditioning actually worked, I mean, who can sleep in muggy air? also, what’s with the dated rooms? cracked shower tray, really? I was hoping for a complimentary upgrade or at least some special treatment for enduring such discomfort, but alas, they treat everyone the same. just couldn’t rate this place higher, so disappointing.

missingWrote a review on 04 Octcharming courtyardcomfortable roomcrowded access
Comfortable room with tastefully appointed decor and a well-restored historic charm. The charming courtyard offers a quiet retreat amid the city's bustle, perfect for enjoying a drink or breakfast outside when the weather permits.
The in-room air conditioning can be unreliable. one unit was out during a stay, impacting sleep quality. Reaching the hotel can be a hassle, navigating multiple bridges and stairs with luggage, which may not suit all travelers. Room sizes vary, and some bathrooms could feel cramped for larger guests, particularly in the shower area.

The location provided a fantastic local experience, feeling like a genuine neighborhood but navigating the narrow streets with luggage was a bit cumbersome.
